JCrew Linen Tee Shirt Review (Plus Promo Code & Tips)

This post: JCrew Linen Tee REVIEW, Outfit Ideas, & Promo Code

Not a tee shirt girl?

I’m really not either. As much as I love the ease & comfort of pulling on a cute tee (especially during summer), tee shirts aren’t generally flattering on my body type.

I shied away from tees for years, but for some reason decided to give linen tee shirts from JCrew a try a few summers ago. I was immediately hooked!

These tees are incredibly soft & lightweight, which is a huge plus when you live in a hot climate!

But most importantly (for my vanity metrics anyway), they drape well & aren’t clingy. I feel confident, comfortable, & put together even on casual days in these tees!

They come in a lots of colors, & I especially like the pop of pink (shown in my reel) & the navy-&-white-stripe. I add one or two new linen tees to my seasonal capsule every year, & pair them with jeans or shorts & leather sandals for a relaxed summer look.

Tips for Wearing & Washing a Linen Tee

Linen can feel a bit tricky if you haven’t worn it much, so here are two quick tips:

  1. Wash your linen tee shirts on a delicate cycle & hang them up to air dry. If you throw them in the dryer, they’ll shrink.
  2. Linen is notoriously wrinkly! To prevent wrinkles, hang your tees up to dry as soon as they’re done washing. (I do not iron my tee shirts!)

These JCrew linen tee shirts have worn & washed well for me the last several years. I’m a low maintenance girl when it comes to clothing, & these tees quickly became summer wardrobe staples for me!
