This post: The BEST stocking stuffer ideas for teen girls (my daughters love these!)
Opening stockings on Christmas Eve is one of our family’s favorite traditions. And, honestly – I love filling my kids’ stockings just as much as they love emptying them!
The 30 stocking stuffer ideas in this guide are inspired by my two teenage daughters, Amy + Emily. My girls are as different as can be (Amy is a soldier in the U.S. army, + Emily is an actress + party princess). But they share a love for things like beauty + self-care products, phone gadgets, treats, jewelry, + anything related to having fun.
So if you’re looking for daughter-approved stocking stuffer ideas for teen girls, I’ve got you covered!

Tips for Keeping Stocking Stuffers Budget-Friendly
I can go overboard with filling stockings pretty easily! While I don’t have a set budget for my kids’ stockings, I do try to stick with some guidelines to keep from over spending + over filling.
Here are my best tips:
Ask! Every year my kids fill out a Christmas wish list, including stocking stuffer ideas. They always give ideas I wouldn’t have thought of (+ they’re usually cheap). Want a fun Christmas wish list for your kids?
>> Drop your name + email below, + I’ll send you a FREE wish list to print + use.
Earn cash back. Any time I shop online I always use cash back sites. It’s fun earning gift cards + cash throughout the year, from purchases I would have made any way. Mr. Rebates + Honey are my favorite cash back sites.
Shop small. While smaller isn’t always cheaper, I keep an eye out for travel-size personal products (like this), mini makeup sets, pocket-size games, notebooks, etc. Smaller items fit easily inside stockings + are just fun to receive.
Think $5 or less. I splurge on a few higher priced items, but most of what goes into my kids’ stockings costs $5 or less. Keep that in mind as you’re browsing my stocking stuffer shopping guide- I don’t buy everything on the list!
Buy in bulk + split it. If you’re buying for more than one teen girl, this works out so well! Buy a pack of stackable rings, and slip several into each girls’ stocking. This set of ankle warmer socks from Free People is another great pack to split.
Reuse stockings every year. This may seem like a no brainer, but it definitely cuts out extra spending. And kids look forward to seeing “their” stocking every year at Christmas time. (If you need a little something to personalize your stockings, check out these cute wooden name tags.)
